Introduction of Program

If you know a middle-market company, family-owned business, or private equity portfolio entity in manufacturing, advanced materials, or advanced tech that is facing critical leadership hiring challenges, we would welcome the introduction.

When you refer a client who engages our retained search or subscription talent advisory services, we offer a generous referral fee or a donation to a non-profit of your choice upon successful engagement completion as a thank-you for your trust.

Submit the Introduction

Fill out the referral form below with your details and the prospective client’s information. Please make sure they know you are referring them to Simon Search Partners.  

Scoping & Engagement

We reach out directly to the referred party to conduct an initial scoping conversation to evaluate alignment of goals and Company abilities and collect search requirement information.

Referral Completion

Upon successful execution of a Search Engagement Contract AND retainer payment, we will confirm your referral details and process your referral reward (Subject to our Terms and Conditions.)
